Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required

Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch is a  combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Classes will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open all the major muscle groups. This type of yoga  contributes to spinal health, improved posture and overall well-being and is accessible to all levels of experience. 

Iyengar Yoga

Power Yoga

Power Yoga - starting February 18th at 10am on Saturdays.   This practice links breath to movement in a strength and cardio focused series of postures. Power yoga is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa, with props and modifications for all experience levels.

Candle Light Yoga               

Candle Light Yoga is a gentle yoga sequence by candlelight, followed by a 10 minute candle meditation. The flame of a candle can often offer a more meditative state for some compared to a mantra or mala beads. This is a class for all experience levels.

Mommy and Me Yoga

This class is designed for moms and their littles to play and bond while helping moms regain their strength and alleviate pain related to pregnancy and postpartum. Please feel free to bring a wrap or harness for baby if you’d like. Babies cry and toddlers play so don’t stress. This will be a gentle, no pressure class. Please be sure to get clearance for exercise from your doctor before attending.
