Yoga Basics is an all level class with an emphasis on teaching alignment, breath work and safe transitions between poses during yoga flow.

Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch is a  combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Classes will move through a series of poses that gently engage and open all the major muscle groups. This type of yoga  contributes to spinal health, improved posture and overall well-being and is accessible to all levels of experience.

Beginners Meditation

Join meditation coach Andy Kennedy for a  weekly journey into stillness, awareness, and self regulation.  All levels welcome!  This class explores a range of styles from traditional mindfulness and guided breath work to Andy's own heart centered and nature inspired methods

Through calming the mind and reconnecting with the breath, you'll learn practical tools to regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate private peace from within.
